The Carleton Architecture students reinvent the 38 year tradition of Kosmic by the multi sensory dance party Milieux, held at the Aberdeen Pavilion on Decemeber 2nd. Months of planning, days of promotion, hours and hours upon building installations and music accumulated to a fabulous event that surely left a lasting impression on Ottawa. LECTURE SERIES POSTER

Professors in the Pit is an invitational event in which students are welcome and encouraged to listen and critique their professors after they present their research and/or work to the student body. It is an open dialogue between students and faculty in Building 22.
Presentations are proposed as 6-10 minute sessions followed by a 5 minute Q&A session directed by a volunteer student panel.
Our first session on Thursday, October 13th included Manuel Baez, Janine Debanne and Matt Edwards.
Each professor, having different work, set the tone for the upcoming sessions of the lecture series.
We look forward to the weeks ahead.

(via AASA Minutes)
As an effort to keep AASA (the Azrieli Architecture Student Association) an open and collaborative student group, we have decided to launch this blog to post the minutes of each meeting. AASA invites you to check up on what your student committee is up to and give your opinion on what you want to see happen.
